Positive Kids is seeking an English Teacher for our After School Program to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Support children and engage with their parents during daily transitions and routines such as arrival and dismissal.

Get to know each child, play games with the children, and help them with their homework.

[We are looking for]

・Fluent with a high level of accuracy and nuance in English

・Age range: under 40

・Preferred gender: female

・Love to learn about education

・Love working and playing with kids

[We are NOT looking for]

・Someone just looking for a job

・Someone not deeply interested in teaching English

 

Enjoy 2-4 days off per week, with flexibility to take additional time off for illness or personal travel with family and friends.

Non-smokers only, tattoos are acceptable.


 

After 1 to 6 months of employment, if you are able to provide instruction based on our school's educational philosophy and earn the trust of both students and parents, you will receive a bonus of 50 yen per student per hour. For example, if you manage 20 students, your hourly wage will be calculated as 1,200 yen + (50 yen × 20 students) = 2,200 yen.

During the training period, your salary will be calculated as 1,200 yen per hour × actual working hours. After the training period, a bonus of 50 yen per student per hour × actual working hours will be added to your salary.

The bonus will be paid every six months after completing the training period.
